Lord Vishnu is represented here and according to scriptures, there are 10 avatars of Lord Vishnu. Nine of these 10 avatars have already appeared on Earth. The 10th avatar will appear at the end of kaliyug.
The fish avatar of Lord Vishnu, Matsya is considered to be the first of the Lord.
This is the second avatar of Lord Vishnu which is the tortoise avatar.
The third avatar of Lord Vishnu, Varaha, is also known as a boar.
Known to be the ‘man-lion’, Narasimha is the fourth avatar of Lord Vishnu.
The fifth avatar of Lord Vishnu, Vamana is believed to have appeared on Earth to defeat demon king Bali.
Parashurama is the sixth avatar of Lord Vishnu and is translated as ‘Rama with the axe’.
One of Lord Vishnu’s popular avatars, Rama from the epic Ramayana is believed to be the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu.
Krishna is the eighth avatar and also the most popular avatar of Lord Vishnu.
Buddha is believed to be the ninth avatar of Lord Vishnu.
The last and 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu is Kalki. This incarnation of Lord Vishnu will appear on Earth at the end of Kaliyug.
