India's trophy drought continues - it's been a decade now

Team India's ICC trophy has now lasted a decade with the loss in the World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia. India last won the ICC Champions Trophy back in 2013 and since then the Men in Blue have always been the bridesmade and not the bride with four losses in semis, four in the finals with a group stage exit in 2021 T20 World Cup.

Australia - 2023 World Test Championship

Australia became the first team to win all four ICC titles on Sunday, June 11 as they got their hands on the Test mace beating India in the WTC final 2023. Australia proved to be too strong with both bat and ball as they won the final by a huge margin of 209 runs.

England - 2022 T20 World Cup

England's white-ball side is currently the double world champion having won both ODI and T20 World Cups. Despite losing to Ireland, England were the strongest side in the competition and beat India and Pakistan in the semis and the final to win their second T20 World Cup.

Australia - 2021 T20 World Cup

The world title missing from Australia's cabinet was won under Aaron Finch's captaincy in 2021. Australia were simply sensational in the T20 World Cup in the UAE and beat New Zealand rather comfortably in the final as they joined India to win ODI World Cup, T20 World Cup and the Champions Trophy.

New Zealand - 2021 World Test Championship

New Zealand's second ICC title and the first world title as they became the first side to get their hands on the mace as the Test champions. After being ruthless at home, New Zealand qualified for the final and proved to be too good for India in the final at Southampton.

England - 2019 World Cup

Eoin Morgan's revolutionary white-ball side won its first World Cup title in 2019 at home. New Zealand gave a tough fight to England in the final as the match went to the super over, which was also tied but Morgan and Co. prevailed owing to higher boundary count.

Pakistan - 2017 Champions Trophy

Pakistan came out trumps in a one-sided affair in the final as Sarfaraz Ahmed-led side beat India to win the 2017 Champions Trophy. This was Pakistan's third ICC title as they won the final by 180 runs after Indian top order fell like pack of cards against Mohammad Amir.

West Indies - 2016 T20 World Cup

Daren Sammy's legendary West Indies team won its second T20 title in a span of four years. The Men in Maroon became the first team to win multiple T20 World Cup titles as Carlos Brathwaite broke English hearts hitting four sixes in the final over at the Eden Gardens against Ben Stokes to take his side home to a thrilling win.

Australia - 2015 World Cup

The two hosts of the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup, Australia and New Zealand were the best teams of the tournament and deservedly met each other in the final at the MCG. However, Australia proved to be too strong for their trans-Tasman rivals and bowled them out for 183. Michael Clarke became the fourth captain to lead Australia to a World Cup title.

Sri Lanka - 2014 T20 World Cup

Team India came close to winning their second T20 title in 2014 in Bangladesh. However, some outstanding death bowling by Lasith Malinga and Co. meant that India could only score 130 runs in the final and Sri Lanka won their third ICC title and first T20 World Cup chasing down the total in just 17.5 overs.
