Mango Sorbet Recipe​

Easy and quick to make, mango sorbet is a popular dessert to enjoy in this scorching heat. Make this vegan and sugar-free homemade ice cream without using a machine.

​Ingredients

3-4 very ripe mangoes (chilled), 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tbsp lime juice, mint leaves.

Step 1

Wash the mangoes properly and then soak the mangoes for 2-3 hours.

Step 2

Peel and dice the mangoes and freeze them for more than 6 hours or overnight. Use a freezer-friendly container, zip-lock bag, or cling film for this step.

Step 3

Now mix the frozen fruit along with lime juice to make a smooth and creamy sorbet. You can use a blender to do the same.

Now add honey to the mixture and make a smooth paste. You can also add dry fruits and blend till it is thick and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a tin and cover it with parchment paper and put it in freezer for 8-10 hours.
