Whopping salary hikes for top bosses in TCS, Tata Power, IHCL: The top executives of the Tata group of companies have been rewarded with up to 62 percent increase in their salaries.
The pay hikes were announced for Tata Group's key leaders which includes Trent, IHCL, Voltas, TCS, Tata Power among others.
The total package of the Tata Group CEO's include salary, prerequisites, commission, retirals and other benefits.

There are currently 30 companies in the Tata group, spread over 10 industry sectors, including technology, steel, automotive, consumer and retail, infrastructure, financial services, aerospace and defence, tourist and travel, telecom and media, and trade and investments.
Most of the group companies reported impressive numbers in the quarterly earnings. Economic Times in its report quoted CEO of a Tata Group company saying, "CEOs of high-growth companies are being rewarded and have been directed to continue to focus on tapping opportunities and increasing the pace of growth."
