Greater Chennai Traffic Police announced traffic diversions in Guindy for the inauguration of Kalaignar multi-super specialty hospital.

In connection with the inaugural function of the Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital, the Alandur Main Road near the Hospital is closed temporarily for 4 days, the Greater Chennai Traffic Police announced. The following traffic diversion has to be effected from June 13 to 16 on Guindy-Alandur Road.
Trafffic Diversions Near Guindy
1. Vehicles from Guindy Anna Salai intending towards Saidapet via Alandur Main Road in Thiru.Vi.Ka. Industrial Estate will take right turn at Estate Road Bus stand to reach Saidapet via Anna Salai Guindy Bridge.
2. Vehicles coming from Anna Salai intending to Thiru.Vi.Ka Industrialc Estate area will take Left turn at Estate Road Bus stand to Water Tank Road Roundana and reach their destinations.
3. Vehicles coming from Saidapet Bazaar and other roads intending towards Guindy Industrial Estate via. Alandur Bridge and Alandur Main Road will take right turn at Saidapet Five Light Junction to Mosque Street - Manthoppu School Road Junction - Kodambakkam Road -Govindan Road - Ashok Nagar 11th Avenue - 100 Feet Road - Kasi Bridge - CIPET Junction take Left turn to Water Tank Road to reach their destinations at Thiru.Vi.Ka Industrial Estate area.
4. Vehicles coming from Saidapet Bazaar Road intending towards Guindy via Alandur Road will take Right turn at Saidapet Five Light Junction to Mosque Street to Reach Manthoppu School Junction take Right turn to East Jones Road - Pavalavannar Subway - to reach Anna Salai-Guindy.
5. The MTC Bus 70F going for Pattabiram from Estate Bus Stand and Mini Bus going for Defence Colony via Ashok Nagar will take Left turn at Estate Bus stand to reach Water Tank Roundana take Left to reachCIPET Junction 100 Feet Road for their destination.
The officials requsted the public to take note of the advisory and follow it to avoid any inconvenience.
