Drunk Gurugram Man Gets 'Lift' to Metro Station In His Own Car From Robber, Realizes Blunder In the Morning

A drunken man in Gurugram, Amit Prakash, was robbed of his car and other valuables during a drinking binge in his own car. Prakash, who was already intoxicated, visited a BYOB kiosk at the Lakeforest Wine Shop, bought a bottle of wine, started drinking and was later joined by a stranger. The duo then drove the car to Subhash Chowk where the stranger asked Prakash to get out of the car and, having no memory that the car belonged to him, he left it to the stranger. In the morning he reported the theft to the police.

One man's drunk night turned into a nightmare after he was in no place to identify his own car. A 30-year-old from Gurugram named Amit Prakash decided to have a few drinks in his car. In the end, he was robbed of his car and other valuables. Unfortunately, the man only realized his ordeal in the morning. Soon after he filed a complaint.
The incident took place after Prakash, who was already intoxicated, decided to buy some alcohol and have it in his car. So he visited a BYOB kiosk at the Lakeforest Wine Shop on Golf Course Road and bought a bottle of wine. Recalling the event, he stated, "In an intoxicated condition, I paid Rs. 20,000 for one wine bottle that had Rs. 2,000 as its MRP. The shop owner, however, returned Rs. 18,000 in cash," as per The Times of India.
On reaching the car, the man began to drink. Sometime later, he was joined by a stranger. “After that, I went to my car and started drinking again. Suddenly, a stranger came and asked me if he too could join me for a few drinks. I obliged and offered him drinks," narrated Prakash.

The duo then went on to drive the car to Subhash Chowk. It is then that the unexpected happened. On reaching the location, the stranger asked Prakash to get out of the car. Having no memory that the car belonged to him, the man got out of his own car, leaving it to the stranger.
later, Parkash took an auto to the Huda City Centre metro station and returned home. It is in the morning that he realized the blunder he had committed in his drunk state. In addition to the car, the man was robbed of his laptop, Rs 18000 and his mobile phone.
