Here's the truth: A video on the youtube channel "Sarkari Vlog" is going viral which claims that the central government is providing free smartphones to all under the 'Pradhan Mantri Smartphone Yojana 2023'. However, the Press Information Bureau's (PIB) fact check found the video to be not true and is an attempt at misleading the people.

The PIB in its fact check said that the video is fake and has warned people not to subscribe to such videos. The officials have warned the people against fake news which go viral on social media and have asked them to not spread such news without verifying the claims.
