FACT CHECK: A fake document regarding the Computer Proficiency Test results of SSC CGL Examinations 2022 is doing rounds on social media. "The result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examinations 2022 was declared by the Commission on 09.02.2023 for shortlisting candidates to appear in the Tier-II of the examination", the fake notification read. However, when PIB conducted a fact check, the document turned out to be fake.

FACT: No such result has been published by the SSC.

Earlier on Saturday, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released final result of the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2022. A total of 36,001 candidates have been provisionally selected for various departments on merit-cum-preference submitted by them online. As per the commission, their appointment is subject to qualifying in document verification by user departments.
