On Monday, Badusha took to Facebook and shared Kazan Khan’s picture, informing fans and followers that the actor did not survive a heart attack.

Kazan Khan, who is best known for playing villanious characters in Malayalam cinema is dead. The actor, who worked as an antagonist in Malayalam and Tamil cinema for three decades, reportedly died of a hearth attack.

Film producer and production controller NM Badusha took to Facebook to share the news. On Monday, Badusha took to Facebook and shared Kazan Khan’s picture, adding in Malayalam: “Famous villain actor Kazan Khan died of heart attack. He has acted in many films including CID Musa, Varna Pakittu... Condolences.”
Actor Dileep was one of the first mainstrean stars to pay tribute to the late actor, sharing a picture and writing, ‘hearty condolences’.

About Kazan Khan

Kazan Khan began his acting career in 1992 with the Tamil film Senthamizh Paattu. The actor would go on to make jis Malayalam debut with Gandharvan in 1993, but it was his act as Vikram Paramanand Ghorpade in Mammootty-starrer The King (1995) that brought to him, wider recognition. Sporadically appearing in Malayalam cinema throughout his career, he made is Kannada film debut in 1999 with Habba, before doing his second and final Kannada film in 2000's Nagadevathe.
The actor also had an English film to his credit. His last appearance was in 2015 film Lailaa O Lailaa, which was a Malayalam flick.
