Pune: Kharadi Area To Get Water Supply On Alternate Days | Check Schedule
Pune's Kharadi area will get water supply on alternate days from June 10 amid water shortage in the area caused by PMC's plan of water cut once a week on every Thursday in the city.

The new arrangement to manage water crisis in the city is set to begin on June 10.
“As per the planning, the PMC has started water cuts every Thursday for the entire city. This has affected the water supply in Kharadi with complaints of insufficient water supply on all the days of the week. Thus, it has been decided to implement alternate day water cut in the Kharadi area with the scattered schedule in different parts to overcome the problem,” Indian Express said, quoting Annirudha Pawaskar, chief engineer of the civic body’s water supply department.
New Schedule for water supply in Kharadi area amid water crisis
Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
From 9:30 am till 2 pm, areas such as Ganpati Society, Tukaramnagar, Boratewasti, Zensar, Thitenagar and Patilbuva Nagar will be supplied with water.
From 1:30 pm till 6 pm, areas such as Boratewasti Lane 1 to 13, Shankarnagar, Vrundavan Society, Raghvendranagar, Yashwantnagar, Tukaramnagar, Sitara Bakery, Sai Park, Shejwal Park and Saibaba Mandir will get water.
Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays
From 9:30 am till 2 pm, areas such as Chaudhariwasti, Satavwasti, Pandharinagar, Gulmohar, Rakshanagar and Shankarnage will be supplied with water.
From 1:30 pm till 6 pm, areas such as Chandannagar, Shrikrishna Society, Hanuman Shala, Mathuranagar, Sangharsh Chowk, Shivaji Putla, Dutt Prasad, Chavannagar, Trimurti Society, Pratinagar, Samta Society, Mhada Society and Nagarpal road would be given water supply.
