Coconut Milk

Used in a variety of dishes in India, coconut milk is made from grated coconuts and water which is then strained to get the coconut milk. This plant-based milk can provide the body with energy. However, the milk is low in calcium and protein content and therefore, it is important that you consume other foods that fulfill your body’s protein and calcium needs.
